The
Velocette Thruxton was the last model in a great line up of the
historical British manufacturer. The Thruxton has the famous Amal GP and
the classic 500cc four stroke single cylinder motor. This very
motorcycle was the eighth from the end of all factory production (the
last unit was #1208) and was prepared for vintage racing in Texas by
Hedley Cox, a former Velo factory employee. The bike was last raced by
the previous owner in Texas a number of years ago and, since then, has
been on static display. This motorcycle is being sold with a bill of sale
and NO RESERVE!!! |
