IMPORTANT MOTORCYCLE ENTRY INFORMATION.
Clear, transferable title* must be submitted via fax (805-646-9566) or email (batorintl@aol.com) after completion of this form. Title MUST be in your name and/or company name to be sold. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN / Serial Number) on title MUST match those on the vehicle. We must be able to locate VIN on frame or engine of vehicle at check-in or the motorcycle will NOT be entered into the auction.

TERMS OF THE AUCTION

  1. Seller hereby warrants that he (she) is the sole, lawful owner of the above listed vehicle and that he (she) has the right to sell said vehicle and that he (she) has a clear title or the consent of lien holder to sell said vehicle.
  2. Bator International, Inc. reserves the right to reject a motorcycle not suitable for the auction or with an unreasonable reserve.
  3. Seller understands that entry fees are only refundable on no reserve entries.  All reserve entry fees are non refundable.
  4. Seller warrants that information provided about this motorcycle is accurate, with no intent to defraud.
  5. Seller is responsible for a description and full disclosure of the condition of the motorcycle. 
  6. Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bator International, Inc. for any claim, damage or cost as a result of misrepresentation.
  7. Seller funds are mailed out within 10 business days following the conclusion of the auction.
  8. Seller agrees Bator International, Inc. assumes no liability for loss or damage to the vehicle. Seller agrees to hold harmless Bator International, Inc. and all employees, representatives and staff from any and all claims from bodily injury or property damage arising from their participation in the auction sale.
  9. Bator International, Inc. is not responsible for the failure of a bidder to consummate the purchase or comply with the Terms of Sale.
